The Right Support, The Right Time, The RightPath.
We specialise in supporting children and young people (KS2-KS5) that are disengaged from education, at risk of criminalisation and/or experiencing poor social, emotional and mental health (SEMH). Many of the young people we support access mainstream education, but can find themselves disenfranchised from learning and/or at risk of permanent exclusion for a variety of reasons.
We believe that with early intervention, young people can develop a healthier outlook towards their education and futures. We understand that the road map to building a positive working relationship, with any young person, starts with our ability to build rapport and trust. Our individualised mentoring approach is specifically designed to capture the voice of the young person, highlight and identify any barriers to success, and provide valuable strategies that can help deliver long-term progress.
We’re excited to share that our team has grown significantly since 2020, and we have had the opportunity to partner with many schools, colleges and education providers across the West Midlands and West Mercia Regions. These connections have helped us forge new and important relationships with likeminded professionals and gave us further reach to work with children and young people in need of support.
About Us.
Mentoring Support
Our mentoring programme is designed to support the social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs of children and young people. Our focus is to help them overcome barriers to their progress and personal development, with our practitioners delivering bespoke interventions to children and young people inside/outside of traditional educational settings.
Educational Workshops and Programmes
We deliver a variety of educational workshops and programs to schools, colleges and alternate educational providers that work with children and young people. Each programme is specifically designed to engage students on prevalent societal issues (misogyny, healthy relationships, ED&I, drugs & knife crime) that can directly impact their personal development and social, emotional & mental health needs, typically not addressed within mainstream curriculum.
CPD training for Teaching Staff and professionals.
Our CPD Training has been developed to support, and engage professionals working with children and young people. We apply our focus on reflection, practice and policy to raise the awareness of professionals, with a key objective of supporting them in their day to day practice.
Our CPD Training has been created to encompass; engaging disengaged students, foundations of positive relationships through creating connection, facilitating discussions on sensitive and important issues impacting professionals and children & young people.
Educational Resources
We’re passionate about creating educational resources that cover key topics and issues that have a direct and negative impact on the lives of students. Our resources range from our ‘Unspoken Truth’ programmes & workshops on topics such as violence against women and girls (VAWG) to sex ed resources for schools. We have developed a variety of bespoke and powerful user friendly resources to help professionals educate and equip the young people they teach and support.
“Your previous sessions have been incredibly powerful and have had a lasting impact on our students”.
